Our Impact in Numbers
Oceanmata hat bis Juli 2026 über 322.009 kg Plastik aus dem Ozean gesammelt — geborgen von unserem eigenen Clean-up-Team auf Bali. Für jedes verkaufte Produkt entfernen wir 1 Kilogramm Ozeanplastik aus Meer und Küstenregionen.
Der Herstellungs-Fußabdruck einer Oceanmata-Hülle beträgt rund 0,24 kg CO₂e (cradle-to-customer). Das pro Hülle geborgene Kilogramm Ozeanplastik vermeidet rechnerisch etwa 2,7 kg CO₂e — netto ist jede Hülle damit rechnerisch klimapositiv (ca. -2,5 kg CO₂e). Diese Bilanz entsteht durch echte Plastik-Bergung, nicht durch zugekaufte CO₂-Zertifikate.
